A student is expected to be regular in school. Hundred percent attendance is expected from students.
In case of illness of more than 3 days, a medical certificate issued by a certified Medical Practitioner should be enclosed along with the leave application.
A student absent on the previous day must submit a leave application signed by the parent the next day to the class teacher.
90% attendance is mandatory for promotion to the next class.
In case of absence exceeding five days in a month, the name of the student will be struck off from the school rolls.
Re-admission will be at the discretion of the Principal only.
Re-admission charge of Rs.1000/- will be payable at the time of re-admission.
No Half days of short leave will be granted to the student until/unless parents themselves come and take their children.
All the students are expected to attend school on the re-opening day after each vacation. In case of absence without the leave note, the Principal is liable to have the student's name struck off from the rolls.
Mode of Fee Payment
Admission charges are to paid at the time of admission.
The school issues fee bills to the parents every month one week in advance.
Monthly fee should be paid on or before 12th of the month of installment after which a fine of Rs. 50/- per month shall be charged after 12th.
In case fee is not paid by 12th of the month of installment the student's name will be struck off and readmission of the student will be under discretion power of the principal with the fine of Rs. 1000/-
The tution fee and transport charges are to be paid for 12 months of the session.
